We have some exciting news from our CTR 8 class. Macy Hill was baptized on May 30th. It was very special for all involved. Cody Taylor and Cassidy Lebaron are planning to be baptized near the end of July. We are so excited for them and their decision to enter the waters of baptism.
We are gearing up for our summer quarterly activity. Get set for a bike parade in our church parking lot. Mark your calendars for July 18th from 10:00 to 11:30am. Attention Primary teachers: our Teacher In-service Meeting will be held just preceding the quarterly activity at 9am.
We have made some great progress in memorizing the Articles of Faith. Our sticker chart is looking really nice and filling up fast. Remember to pass off any articles to your teacher or a member of the Primary Presidency. Singing it counts!!! We have until September 12th to meet our goal (memorize all 13) and enjoy our Articles of Faith ice-cream party. That’s 13 weeks away! Using the CD (the one we passed out at Christmas) and singing along can make it fun and easy. It’s a great F.H.E. activity too.
We love our Primary children and teachers. Thank you for bringing the spirit into the room with you on Sunday and helping our Primary to be reverent.
